Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

The short version: we collect only what we need, we never sell your data, and sensitive screening information is handled by our background-check partner, not stored by us.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

3. Service providers

We share data only with vendors needed to operate: background screening partners (such as Yardstik, Sterling Volunteers, or Checkr), donation processors (Givebutter, Stripe), and email and hosting services (Zoho Mail, Netlify). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Background checks and FCRA

Screenings are performed by professional Consumer Reporting Agencies. You receive a standalone disclosure and give written authorization first. If an application is declined based on a report, we follow the FCRA adverse-action process, including a copy of the report and the opportunity to dispute inaccurate information.

5. Data protection and retention

Access to personal information is restricted. We work with reputable vendors that maintain their own security standards, keep information only as long as needed, and dispose of it securely.

6. Children's privacy

Our site and application are for adults: coaches, parents, donors, and partners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, and unsubscribe from communications at any time. For background-check records held by screening partners, you also have FCRA rights directly with those providers.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as our programs evolve or the law requires. We will update the date above and give notice of material changes.

9. Contact and governing law
