Pass The Coach will obtain a consumer report (a background check) about you to determine your eligibility to coach youth athletes. The report is prepared by an independent, FCRA-compliant consumer reporting agency that collects your information through its own secure system. Under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act you have rights, including the right to a copy of the report and to dispute inaccurate information. If we decline your application based on the report, we will follow the FCRA's adverse-action process. Details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
